This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order or request a refund for services purchased through AnkYatra.com, operated by VSB Consultants Private Limited.

By making a purchase on our Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Services

All services offered by AnkYatra are personalized digital numerology reports and consultations, prepared using individual birth details provided by the user.
Since these reports are custom-generated and delivered digitally, once a report is created, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.


2. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be accepted only within 1 hour of placing the order and before the report generation process begins.

  • Once the order has been assigned to a numerologist or report preparation has started, no cancellation will be possible.

  • To request a cancellation (within the valid timeframe), please email us at support@ankyatra.com with your order details and registered email address.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.

  2. Failed Transaction: If the payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed or processed.

  3. Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your report within 72 hours of the standard delivery timeline (after payment confirmation), and our team fails to respond to your inquiry.

In all such cases, please contact us within 3 days of the incident with valid proof (payment receipt, transaction ID, etc.) for verification.


4. No Refund for Delivered Reports

  • As numerology reports are personalized digital creations, they cannot be reused, resold, or modified for another customer.

  • Once the report has been delivered to your registered email address, no refund or replacement will be provided.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If you receive an incomplete or incorrect file, please contact us at support@ankyatra.com within 48 hours of receiving the report.
Our support team will review your case and, if verified, provide a corrected version at no additional cost.


6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
